Are those wheels slightly different where the valve stems are located?
 
aren't those 1980 and up Cordoba/mirada wheels, like 15x7
 
Top pic is forged.
Bottom pic is cast.

Both are 15X7

The forged ones were upto 1980.
The cast ones were from 81 to 83.
