It would sure solve the mystery of the engine, if we could see a picture of the serial number.
As far as I know, you could not get a 1965 413 4 speed Monaco in the U.S. About 30 some years ago I passed on a 1965 413 Monaco 4 speed because I didn’t believe there were made. Guess what! Available in Canada. Canadian car.

I thought Dodge and Plymouth had different dashes starting in 1965.
