Reinstalling rallye gauge cluster in my 70 GTX and it won't go back in. I got it out without taking off the plastic dash pieces but it won't go back in. It won't go straight back in because the right side has to go behind the plastic dash piece below the radio. Can anyone give me a clue as to what I'm doing wrong?I don't remember it being this difficult 7 years ago when I put the interior back in

Nevermind something was just catching n not letting it go in. Frustrating but I got it

nothing wants to go back easy, thats why we love these cars.

Sometimes need to drop the column down slightly or you risk breaking off that lower right corner.

I was surprised he got it out without doing that.
