I wanted to get the paint off my fender tag and did not want to scuff it up doing so. I grabbed some aircraft stripper and sprayed that little tag with a couple of coats and put in on a block about 6 feet from where I was working in the garage. The garage doors and windows were closed but a couple of circulation fans were running. The garage is 28 x 26 with an 11.5 foot ceiling so I thought I had plenty of air considering the tag is what, 2" x 4" give or take. WAS I WRONG, haven't had a trip like that since the late 70's. Got extremely lucky as I left the garage because I felt like tossing my lunch. When I got in the house the wife got a wif of the garage air and knew what was going on and took me outside. About an hour later things started to get clear again. Foggy for the next day but things have finally cleared up. Only lost a couple thousand brain cells. I work with chemicals all the time but didn't give this small amount of spray (maybe two, three second blasts) a second thought. The warning is on the can so I can't fault them. This was all me. So PLEASE, don't let this happen to you.
