I mean wtf...have they just given up ? I ordered a part from them a week and a half ago. I hear nothing until today. I find a new email notification fron FedEx that my package has been dropped off for shipment. FedEx estimates it will arrive 6/2. Good grief, thai is another week and a half. Maybe I am the impatient one here...but 3 weeks to get a fuel pump in pretty extreme. Of course all the shipping companies have slowed to a crawl during this pandemic, too. Hopefully I will get it on 6/2, but I am not going to hold my breath.
Two good weekends I could have been working on the car....and what am I doing instead ??? Yard work and mulch....yuck.

Shipping through all services has slowed tremendously during this virus, but they must have been out of stock when you ordered? I quit buying from Classic several years ago, just to may other far better vendors out there. A fuel pump? Curious why didn't you buy it from Summit or Jegs?

Classic Industries is based in Cally, so most areas were, are, and will be shuttered until the Lockdown is lifted there. They may be working with a skeleton crew, or not at all ? Try to get your parts from areas that are open, if you can locate them. Saving a few $$ isn't that great, when you have to wait...

Ordered new fuel lines on ebay, they were immediately shipped out fedex on the 8th, finally got them on the 22nd. The odd part is I placed a totally separate order from a different vendor and received it in only 3 days. That was also shipped out fedex as well. Hard to figure out.

Ordered a caliper rebuild kit from CARiD on 5/17. Got a notice it was shipped on 5/17.Got another notice that shipping would be delayed till 5/20.Got another notice that it was shipped on 5/20.Hasn't made it yet.
The worst part is the kit was $13.99 for 4 "O" rings and 4 outer dust seals.Shipping was $16.00:mad:

It's kinda hit and miss with some stuff, been waiting three weeks for a much needed, pin welder, dent repair kit, but, the humming bird feeder's, ordered this past Monday, arrived Friday... at least the birds are happy...

Ordered from Summit 17th of May, Fedex economy, was delivered Friday 22nd, and i am in Belgium.

Here in Europe, if u use UPS, Fedex or DHL, next day delivery, they are not affected at all, the delivery guy's tell me that they have a lot more
work than usual.

I have ordered from Classic in the past also, at least 1 week before you get a shipping quote, but then again, more ore less one week later its here.

Fed X and UPS hired lots of newbies, lots of my packages either are way late, delivered to wrong address, or never gets here at all.

Everyone is hurting and short handed with this going on. It might be out of CI's hands.

I'm glad I'm not alone. I've also been waiting about 3 weeks for orders from Classic.

Taking 4 to 5 weeks for (2 to 3 day) Express post packages to go through the mail both here and USA to Canada. Load of packages arrives to a sorting station and they're left in quarantine for 14 days, then on to the next station. It is what it is, why do so many expect better when businesses are locked down to mail order / curb pick up only... if they are even lucky enough to be allowed to do that. Those that can still have to social distance in the facility or face huge fines ($500,000 up here), so in many cases it's just the owners and immediate family keeping parts/supplies going out their doors and all staff is safe at home.

I placed an order with Classic a few weeks ago and had a very positive experience with them. Sorry to read that wasn't the case with your order, Skytrooper.

The parts were in stock, my order was processed within a day or so and then the parts were on their way via FEDEX. Ground shipping from California to Maryland typically takes the better part of a week and this latest order was no exception. I actually thought when my parts did arrive at my door that they got here a bit sooner than they used to before COVID. News reports have said that with less traffic on the roads, truckers are able to make better time.....

Classic has reopened on a limited basis. When Cali shut down they closed however they posted that they could take orders. They are probably running with a limited crew. I talked with the guys at MrMoparts and they said Classic was trying to play catch-up.

took over a month on a car seat for my nephew here in the states,6 days from Canada for my air cleaner. hit or miss

USPS shipping .....Ordered a mini 100 watt/channel BT amp on 5/11. With the MD holiday now IF it gets here Tuesday, it's two weeks. A little over 320 miles. Joked with the seller that shipping pony express would have been quicker.

Upon a more thorough examination, FedEx has not received the package yet. How can it ship 5/23 if they will not get it until at least 5/26 ? I am not into the pandemic excuses, only because the email they sent to confirm my purchase said it would be 3-5 business days. That is their pandemic response delay. That was fine by me. I know how things have been slowed by the states...I live in the New York penal colony after all.
It was a moment of weakness for me to buy from Classic Industries. They had the product I wanted for a decent price. I have seen various posts about their less than stellar service in recent months/year or so. I kick myself for being so impulsive. Anyway, time will tell the final results.
