Fender tag help needed

And what is this for?
69 Plymouth. I got the Hardtop, 383hp, 4 speed and k2 paint but it either has one option or two, or is out of order, or?
A picture of the tag would help. Looks like a 69 vitamin C 4-speed Road Runner. If its a Lynch Road tag all the options will not be on it.

This is all open to questions, because its from memory decoding MY lynch road 69. But my reference book is 200 miles away.
Lynch road is notorious for not putting options on the fender tag. Have you looked for a broadcast ? Found mine under the back seat bottom, tucked in the springs.

Didnt see the v21. I think that is the black hood treatment. I could be wrong.
