Morning all,
For most of my years I've been building high horsepower diesel trucks. IV always wanted a B body but never found one that I could start with. About a year ago my daughter called me and said one of her school friends dad had passed away a while back and he had a 69 roadrunner that had been sitting since 87 in an enclosed race trailer but the snow had collapsed the roof on the trailer. After a lot of talking to the widow and getting thru this covid crap i was finally able to bring the car home. It’s nice to be hear and I will share the build as we get going on it.

Thanks. It’s not rusted out, bottom side of the car is still orange but it’s had a rough life as a drag car:) best as I can tell body damage was from hitting walls:)

Thanks from Wyoming. Browsing the forums it’s good to know people are still willing to help each other out on these builds

A lot of people I grew up with had same problem, but they had coil spring cars. used to tell them all the time - you do NOT turn in drag racing.
