Does anyone have a picture of how the factory routed the power steering hose?

It's a really long hose that has a few possible ways it can run.

66-7 Coronet and Charger should be the same.

I didn't see anything in the FSM or online.

Here is what I have.

I have a 1967 Coronet w power steering. Just removed my hose. That's just how mine ran. Towards firewall from steering box, loops back down and connects to pump.

I seems to me they had a piece of foam insulation over the metal connection to keep it from rattling on the inner fender. A piece of "armaflex" pipe insulation would do the job.

Here is what i have. I found a nos hose from a guy on ebay many years ago, was looking for nos hose for years before i found it. I have seen nos hose with the foam and without the foam. This is how my hose was routed. I have many old pictures of under the hood of both 67 gtx and r/t models. I have never seen it routed the way you have it. That's certainly not to say your incorrect. 67 back is anyone's guess. I will see about looking up those old photos and pass them on to you.

Here's mine before I completely rebuilt car. It was my Grest grandmother's car, bought in '67 all stock.

That's very similar to the way mine is routed. I believe with the big cast iron exhaust manifolds so close you wouldn't want them mounted up on the fender apron.

That definitely looks like a widely available aftermarket hose. It took well over 20 years to finally find a correct hose for my 68.
