I installed a SD Concepts Serpentine pulley setup on my '67 Coronet 4dr w 383 stroked to 496. The setup uses '95 era Duango alternator, a/c compressor and Grand Cherokee p/s pump. I'm put in a modern solid state regulator. Ford Contour electric fans on hi, a/c on max w fan on hi, 3x300 watt amps, 340 lph fuel pump, headlights on high beam w relay bypass, idling at 800 rpm, charging battery at 14.6 volts!!!!

wow, would love to see some pics of the setup and the car.

Looks like a nice serpentine system, I went to their website but I didn't find them listed. If you don't mind me asking, what did it cost?

thats look great and I love your sleeper

The car and engine look really good. My first car was a '67 Coronet 440 model 4-Door with a 318/727/8-3/4"
I am using the Transpo c8313 voltage regulator. It is a '71+ style voltage regulator, and is adjustible for the voltage output.

I don't remember the cost offhand but it was very reasonable. Does not come with accessories, you source them used or order new ones like I did. I can't even find their website anymore but here is their FB page and contact info. The biggest issue is fan/radiator clearance.

What water pump are you using? I didn't know they made a reverse pump. Nice looking unit though.

Any pump with the anti cavitation plate on it or whatever each company wants to call it works.

There are a couple SDConcepts. They don't have a website anymore, just a FB page.

Only drawback to the serpentine system is the space for fan. The water pump pulley has a large adapter on it and it is only 2.75 inches from radiator on an aluminum 2 row. This requires custom shroud and fan instal. The above fan instal worked at idle but the shroud restricted airflow while cruising. I am waiting now for my new custom shroud. Fits entire core area. 26-7/8 x 17-1/8. Then place fans on shroud where they will clear pulleys and belt, then cut holes for added airflow while cruising when rubber flaps to close at idle. It is regularly 115-120 ambient temps here in the summer.
