Nice work! The pictures look like it has a paint code of XX1, if so it is fairly rare.
We were in Germany in 1994 and 2000. Visited my wife’s relatives. Home base was near Munich.
1994 we were in Munich, Heidelberg,Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and other places, we went to see the Eagles Nest, but it wasn’t open.
2000 we went to my wife’s father’s cousin’s 50th wedding anniversary. 69 people took the cruise from Passau to Budapest and back. 23 of us were from Canada and the USA. Had a fantastic time!
Never thought we would be riding in a diesel VW van, going 160k on the autobahn.
