I need home alarm help

First, I’m not looking for anything over a couple hundred dollars. I’m particularly looking for a motion sensor alarm that notifies activation to an I phone. I bought a cheap motion sensor alarm several years ago that I loved at a previous residence. It was loud as hell. Made by a company called Xenon. But, they don’t make them anymore. I’d like a motion sensor or an actual video camera that notifies a cell phone once it’s activated it can access camera via my phone for roughly a couple hundred dollars. Do they make such a thing that doesn’t require Wi -Fi at home ? Any suggestions referring to what I’m looking for would be greatly appreciated.

Ring makes some good cameras that does exactly what your wanting not sure if all are WiFi
a friend of mine has them his doubles as a motion light. I’ll ask if they are WiFi

This one here seems like would do what you need I guess. Do you plan to hard wire with Ethernet cable?

I have the ring door bell system. front door, garage and back yard camera. You can talk and see and alarm. $10 monthly fee, 30 day storage tape of events.

We tried ring several neighbors have it, we couldn't keep it online, constantly rebooting and delayed video. Just went to cctv. Tried arlo also same thing.

I also had a problem with the Ring connection. I had to buy an extender for the router to get a better signal.

No, I don’t have internet access where it will be installed. I understand most cameras work with your phone via internet. But, I’m wondering if any out there don’t require it ?

Each component requires internet access. You name the network for location. You get alerts to cell phone / computer when sensors are tripped. it has night vision/ sound. can listen/ watch/ talk on cell phone or computer.
