we use 00 size sand at the shop or go up to a helicopter facility and use the plastic bead blaster. Its a huge bay with a open floor where the product get fed back into the machine for reuse. Very little clean up. And it does not absorb moisture. The bead leaves no heavy pitting.

Way too pricey and the labor to use it get rained was ridiculous. They wanted me to buy one at my last command and I told them to pack sand. It was too delicate of machine for someone to drop the wand...
