I’ve had one on order from Classic Industries for about two months now. They assured me they’d be able to get them.

Anyone buy a ‘65 B-Body windshield anywhere else lately?

Your local automotive glass companies can get the glass, a compondent installer is what I would be looking for. I was quoted $185 installed about a month ago for a 67 GTX. I didn't pull the trigger as the insurance job he came to do wasn't cleaned up properly after the installation. He made all sorts of claims, patting himself on the back about how good he was. We had to vacuum and detail his work after he left.

I bought a Pilkington - l’m misspelling that brand - from Summit for my Charger last year.

I bought a Chinese windshield from the local glass shop. I supplied my own zippered gasket. With tax the glass was $230 and it took 2 days to show up out of Denver. They charged by the hour for install with a 2 hour minimum. It think $80 an hour. Doesn't matter as me and the wife installed it. Took us several hours and probably shortened our marriage but it's in. Next time I will pay them to put it in. Later windshields are bedded and easier to install than the gasketed style.

I had a new windshield installed in my 68 Satellite, and I am not happy with it. I am almost to the point of changing it again. Mine was factory A/C tinted glass which is greenish with rather blueish at the top. The one they installed is grey looking and not much tint. The glass is not clear, after only one year, and seems to be soft. I have a hard time cleaning it like it has a residue that won't come off. I tried laquer thinner --maybe that is the problem.........MO

I purchased Pilkington for front and rear glass. I tried to get a very reputable local glass company to install, but they came up with several reasons why they couldn't do it. After watching YouTube videos and leaning on some great folks on this site for advice, my neighbor and I installed both on a Saturday morning. No leaks!

Just got a AMD tinted one from Summit ....$260 for the 67...not installed yet

I bought Rear window, from Summit was drop shipped from AMD. Got it in I think 5 days.

...you like it? AMD seems to get decent stuff......but who the hell makes great stuff these days...that is remotely affordable.

Yes, I bought it for my '70 Challenger. Fitment was very good no issues. I bought the tinted one.

I ordered one for my Sport Fury, from Summit. Drop shipped from AMD. Showed up smashed to ****. Summit said they would replace it.

I bought one from my local glass place for my 64 $165. No issues with it
