Gas gauge won't work after having the tank and sender unit replaced. The temp gauge also won't work but I haven't messed with that yet. If the gauges are bad how hard it will it be to replace them? Any ideas on what is wrong? Thanks

Did they work before tank work? Did you ground the tank? There is a jumper clip that goes on fuel line tube goes from steel fuel sender tube to steel tube on body. Could be voltage limiter on instrument panel also.

Was a new ground strap used with the new sender?

Not sure, the previous owner was the one who replaced the tank and sender

If you use a pc, laptop or an Ipad go to mymopar.com and download a 66 service manual. Don't know how it usable it would be on a phone?? Go to "tools & reference you'll service manuals click on it ans scroll down to 1966 Plymouth. Tells you how things work and how to take things apart.

I would check your voltage limiter on the back side of the cluster. Those gauges work off of 5volts. If it goes bad your gauges wont work.top center of the picture below. its a box.
