Hi, does anyone know what the exact part name is for the cover on the auto shift lever, that moves with the lever, and where I might buy one? Car is a 66 Satellite, the photo is a '68 but I assume was the same in '66. Mine is missing, just an uncovered slot that dust and dirt can get into. Cheers.

Are you talking about the black plastic piece that travels with the shifter? Or the whole console lid with the shifter hole and PRND21 on it? Someone was on here selling a console that was cracked but it may have the parts you need.

Here is the black piece of plastic that slides with the shifter.

Well after looking at the prices including shipping (over $100!) I decided to make one out of some black rubber I had left over from another job. I had to clean up the tracks inside so it could slide without binding but it came out pretty good! Total cost $0, and 1 enjoyable hour on a Sunday morning.
