30C 36 with humandex every day for the past week and looks like the next 14 days at least here. Might be a short cruise, but we're off in a few minutes.

To me Canada holds a special place in my heart. I was about a year old when we left Germany and Canada took us in when the USA wouldn't. We spent almost 7years living in Regina Saskatchewan before finishing our journey to America. To all of you, a truly heart felt thank you and have a wonderful day!! Great people and a great country!! Sounds like a familiar story. My grandparents emigrated fom the Netherlands just after ww1, but couldn't get into the u.s. My mom and her brothers and sister born in Edmonton Alberta, lived there till after ww2. Finally got permission to come to the state's in '47. (Permission, what a concept!).
