I have a couple 1-2 inch square spots of surface ruse in the door and trunk channels. I want to grind it to bare metal, prime and spray KK1 to stop the spread of rust.

Has anyone purchased matching paint in rattle can? Sometime down the road i will probably look into a complete repaint, but for now is want to stop the rust and keep it decent looking.
 
Really long story. I went with 1969 Q5 as I did not need an exact match (painting rebuilt door hinges).
I used this company for another car and different color code and I do like their products.
 
The match is good enough for somewhat hidden items.

Some Oreillys stores mix paint. I had them do 3 cans of paint for my engine bay... 80 damn dollars for 3 cans though. Yikes.
