Just wondering if anyone knows how many 66 Coronet 500's came with power windows? We had a white 383/727 car with power windows from about 1972 to 1989 and I probably think about that car every day. I've probably seen 5 or 6 on the internet, but never another one in person.

No one has a clue there. There were never production breakdowns kept for that kind of information.

We would need a registry to get any of that info, unfortunately I'm unaware of one. I'd like to know myself because I have '66 440 convert with power windows.

And a registry doesn't tell you much. It would just tell you how many have power windows that are registered in that particular registry. My 66 dart is #8 in a registry but one of 1237 66 Dart GT's produced with a 273-4 and a 4 speed. Breakdown information by option and color were not kept back then. Some years records were lost in a fire at corporate back sometime in the mid 60's.

OK, that's the second one I've ever heard of.

My first Mopar was a 66 Coronet 440 with AC and PW.

In 37 years I've never seen another one. (and I've been looking)

I've seen quite a few 500's with PW.

I've only seen one other '66 440 convertible with power windows.

Seen two 66 Hemi Satellite convertibles out of 27 made with PW's one in person and one on Mecum auction site. Just don't get the big deal about breaking down individual option on a car. To me Model, Engine and Transmission. Then if it has an option(s) that makes it stand out, like Panther Pink or some other like that.
No offense to anyone or the OP, I go on rants about this subject.

I have a 67 Coronet 500 with A/C power windows. They are pretty rare. Given the slight modifications needed for the interior, door panels ect, and the fairly high cost...I'd say probably less then 20% were power window cars. I've only run across two cars over the years that had this....
