Had the Hellcat Swapped 64 at Mopars at The Rock this pas weekend and it was super hot, but super rewarding.

Still sorting some small things out on the car, but decided to add a little "Spray".

Results were some solid 8 Sec passes with best being 8.89 @ 150.9 leaving off the footbrake!!

Loving this setup

two step in video is other car..

Nice progress:thumbsup:

Could you ask your camera person to hold their camera horizontally. It's a much better picture that way :)

On its best 1/4 pass it was a 1.31 but I went in fairly deep trying to cut a light (pro tree).
I was trying to run the Modern Street Hemi Shootout race as well as test so I was doing some different things with the car.

Over the entire weekend, the best 60' was a 1.289 and worst was a 1.32 I believe.
These were all off footbrake as I am having an issue controlling boost when using the trans-brake 2 step. Still sorting that out.

Any chance you did a build thread?
I have posted a few things in different places throughout the build but no official thread. I am more than happy to provide any help to anyone if I can.

I'll start with a couple of the obvious questions. What mods were required to fit the engine? What trans did you use? What wiring/ computer? Thanks.

What mods were required to fit the engine?
There are conversion mounts out there and I haven't heard any real issues about fitment. Mine however is not a factory k-member. I was already having a Gerst front end built for it so when I decided to switch to a 3rd Gen hemi, I called Carl and had him build it with mounts for that.
One main fitment issue is the large adapter on the back of the supercharger. No way for it to fit with the 62-65 firewall. There are a couple companies that make low profile water adapters to get rid of the factory piece. They work awesome. They are still really close but it fits.

The alternator will hit the pass side frame rail in the engine compartment. I knew this and used a grinder to remove a little less than a 1/4 inch from inner lip.
Other than that, The damn thing fit perfect and looks like it was made that way.

What trans did you use? I am using a 727. Bolts right up and all you need is the correct flexplate. No adapters needed.

What wiring/ computer? I am using the factory hellcrate kit. I tune the car with Hp tuners and have the OBD port mounted right under the dash near the steering wheel. I hear those kits are not available now as a kit, but everything can be bought separately. Not 100% sure, but thats what I have been told.
