What’s the beat way to fix these post backers on the console woodgrain panels? Can I solder them or do they need to be welded?
Yes I’m going to order the vinyl overlay. I don’t want to buy the whole panel. Are you going to put new wood grain sticker on it. If so then would drill the plate and put new metal peg's on it. Then could use a tig welder.
Which bolts are those?I think epoxy might work also. I am thinking of getting the absolutely flat headed bolts, extremely thin head. Then epoxy that to the top.
Is that for use with a MIG?Just to add Eazy weld sell some good rod's for cast and pop metal. Just used some on the bell housing. You might try them they have a rod for every thing.
Hard to explain, but the head is no more than 1/8 of an inch thick, and quite large. Not sure, but might possibly be used in wood working. Maybe I can take a picture and post it, no guarantee.Which bolts are those?
