They used to be a fellow named Devon in California that could repair these, but he no longer does that.
Does anyone know of anyone that refurbs or repairs these now?

What's wrong with it Bob? I've repaired switches in our first gen Chargers...might be able to fix it...

If the contacts are dirty and preventIng them from working. I soaked them in evapo-rust for a few days while cycling the switch then a dunk in isopropyl alcohol and a blow dry with compressed air. It worked great! But if it has any mechanical damage. Get a new one or get your old switch rebuilt.
 
There a guy advertising a rebuild service on ebay.

There are also repro switches available.


I work on small stuff all the time but the mechanism's in those switches look like the devil himself designed them.

Tiny pot metal dowel extensions on the rockers, expanded like a rivet to trap a plastic fulcrum.

WTF?
