Just saw that! Rest In Peace!

R.I.P.

R.I.P. Willy! I remember him best from the excellent remake of "The Thing"!

I thought that he was great as the Assistant Attorney General in "Absence of Malice" with Paul Newman and Sally Field. Perfect fit for that character. "Now we'll talk all day if you want to. But, come sundown, there's gonna be two things true that ain't true now. One is that the United States Department of Justice is goin' to know what in the good Christ - e'scuse me, Angie - is goin' on around here. And the other's I'm gonna have somebody's *** in muh briefcase."

RIP

One of the stars of "Cocoon" and "The Natural", RIP...

He had an interesting life before he stumbled into acting, a cowboy, guy who worked all sorts of odd jobs. Was working behind the scenes in western movies shoeing horses until someone thought he'd be a good extra. He was the perfect sort for the roles he played and never went to charm school lol.

RIP and Happy Trails, Fair Winds and Following Seas. I especially liked his performance in this one with Tom Selleck......
