Pitman Arm Dilema

So I bought my Borgenson box almost 2 yrs ago from Jegs, installed it was going to put my linkage together and pitman did not fit even though the box states it's a 1-1/8 but is actually 1-1/4. Called Jegs who said they would exchange it but I would have to pay for shipping since it's been so long, probably $60...
Dont know how big of a pain it would be to pull it or do I just buy the lg sector for a 73 Charger and will that still work with my linkage???
I think I can convince Jegs to pay for it if they look at how much I've spent over the last few years...
Just want the easiest/fastest way...

I would call Jegs and ask to talk to the manager,,,, if he can't remedy your problem, work your way up the ladder!!!

Ya I'm thinking about it, just dont want to tear everything apart I've already done unless I have to. That's why I'm curious about the lg sector from a 73 & up will work with my center link ( 67 Coronet).

I believe a 73 and up A, and E body P.S. arm will work. I have the small sector version of that arm on my 67. Years ago when I bought the arm, the local parts store did not have a listing for my application, so I ordered the one above, and it worked fine. It looked a bit different, but everything ended up in the right place. I think I am remembering it correctly.

Are you sure? Below from Summit;

"Thank you for the inquiry. The K7076 has a tapered spline hole with 32 serrations and 4 flat block teeth. The small end of the tapered spline measures 1.193 and the large end measures 1.224 inches to the valleys of the splines."

You may be right, MOOG has it listed at 1.1 and their sight shows no parts available for 67-70 coronet...even though we all know they exist... I think it's the K7074.

K7074 is pre 73 A body, which will not fit. It should be the middle one in the picture.

I'd change the pitman arm before ripping out the steering box.
