My runner had the same issue off idle stumble. I run a 750 vacuum secondary on my 383 thats moderately built and had to up the squirter size a few sizes to solve it. All is perfect now. I believe mine came with a 28 size squirter which is relatively small. I run a 33 now I believe and its perfect.
Holley has a selection of different accelerator pump cams in addition to the different shooter sizes. Most of the cams also have more than 1 mounting position(screw hole). Trial & error.
Have you checked the adjuster at the accelerator pump lever? Should be loosely touching so your getting a squirt immediately after you touch the gas, a little slop equals a delay from the accelerator pump.
