What are these called?

I recall having four of them when I was removing the door glass and having the seal/ weatherstip that ran along the vent glass channel totally disintegrate.
I definitely need new seals but just need one of these clip/retainers? Can they be purchased individually or only as a kit ?

Those clip into the glass, in 3 or 4 places as I recall, to hold the glass in the A channel..... I have seen them several places for sale, including Ebay......

Good news I found my missing clip! Turns out for some reason I kept my partially disintegrated seal with one of the clips still attached. Still need a set of seals so picking a set up tomorrow. On installing the door glass does this piece need to be glued to the rear of the glass or was it just clamped? I can't recall how I took these off.
