New to classic Mopars

Sweet ride! and agree some of your electrical issues are grounds. From my experience, bad grounding causes all the weird stuff that doesnt seem to make sense.
I seriously considered this car for sale in Iowa a few years back:

Car still have the thermoquad? They have a weak spot in the plastic body where the fuel wells separated from the jet area. The only fix that works, that I found is JB Weld Marine weld.
This would explain hard start and the over rich condition.
