Pentastar placement on Early B body

Can someone tell me the measurement on the pentastar on a early b body?
Can't find the measurements anywhere for the early b body only 68 b bodies.

Didn't think mopar had the emblem on earlier cars...depending on what year is being discussed.

I was told by a very old dealer mechanic that some of the cars were shipped without the pentastars and many of the radio antennas because many were being removed while the cars were sitting in the dealers lots. The emblems and antenna's were installed once the car was sold and scheduled for delivery. There was a template that was used by the dealers to position the hole for the emblem could be mounted. Now, I can't swear to this but it might make sense while some have the emblem and some don't.

FYI there is only one installed on the PASSANGER SIDE ONLY.
