This is my daughter Holden's first car she has a little time before she is legal to drive on her own. So we are taking the time to work on a few projects. This came out of the blue for we the parents that she really wanted a classic car. She found the car on her own and even did her own negotiating on price. As a father I can't be any more proud of her. She is a marching band nerd turned gear head. We were able to obtain the answers to many questions from this site and thank you all for providing your knowledge to all of B body beginners.

A red 4 door hardtop is very cool! Glad to see youngsters into these cars.

Nice, you don't typically see this generation interested in these old Mopars! 440'

Man, that's a clean Plymouth! Great choice and she's already taking care of it... Welcome to a great site.

Cool car and welcome to the site. One upgrade that you should consider is replacing that original single reservoir master cylinder with a dual. Would be much safer, especially for a younger driver.

Welcome from Indiana. My first car was a 63 Fury, it didn’t look that nice and it was only 9 years old at the time! She has good tastes in cars.

Very nice to see a young person getting in the game of old cars.. good for her
If she is going to drive it year round , I highly suggest under coating the body with Fluid Film. The stuff is great at keeping rust away, but allows you to see the metal under it. Only thing is you'll need to apply every fall. I have done several vehicles with FF and 0 rust on daily vehicles. That looks like a great car, hate to see it get eaten by rust. I'd even pull door cards off and see how things look inside, and coat them with Wurth body sealer.
Almost forgot, make sure cowl drain are free n clear of debris, these cars are noted for dreaded cowl rust. if its clean Eastwood makes a product called rust encapsulator , comes in a spray can with a flexible hose. I'd apply that once cowl is clean and dry. just make sure you tape over cowl ribs, that spray paint goes everywhere. Looking forward to seeing how things progress with it. Have fun
