Windage screen & scraper

Anybody here using this windage screen & scraper combo from Dvorak? They claim 12HP over a typical mopar windage tray.

If I remember right Andy F said that there was not a whole lot to be gained unless you are trying to wring ouy every last horse power.

I think it would be easy to mess with the hp loss numbers due to windage. A slightly overfilled pan would show a HP loss . Some pans don't really hold quite as much oil as advertised ,raising the level higher than it would be putting more oil on the crank). Didn't Engine Masters do a episode on it?.
