I have a 16 gallon jaz fuel cell with a fuel sender. Is it worth the trouble to getting a gauge? Is it easy to wire the gauge to the sender?

Most cells come with GM senders so it won't work correctly with Mopar gauges.

I was told I can use my factory gas gauge. I know I need a 70-10 ohm sending unit. I would like to see some pictures of how people have ran the factory wires to the fuel cell.

Whats the main reason sending units for jaz fuel cell dont read correctly?

my fuel cell gauge (90-10?) never read correctly either.

My research tells me 70-10 ohm sending unit is what we need for our mopars. The other sending units are GM And Ford.

your likely right, might be lower resistance than that? If 10-ohms us full for both, mine has never read full on the gauge?

Do you have a picture of how yours is wired? And are you using the factory gas gauge?

Factory gauge, I think it is just the tube type sending unit. Maybe it's just bad? Been in the car 25-years, so I don't even recall testing it.
