Looking for the 440 block and 727 transmission out of my 69 R/T. It would be a big motivation to get deep into the restoration.

Don’t give up ! It’s probably around somewhere! Best of luck! It will be an awesome car when done!

I had that identical R/T many years ago. With slicks ran 13.30 at 103 every time.

The plan with this one is sequential fuel injection and a single turbo under the hood. My old 72 Nova used to run 12.7 at 104mph on 235/60r15 street radials which was fun just trying to get it to launch without blowing the tires off.

I'd be really happy with this as a street cruiser if I could tickle 11s on pump fuel. This is my first Mopar build and it came up while I was searching for a 68 charger to restore, I had forgotten all about the Coronet because all I ever heard about the past 10 years was the super bee and it didn't occur to me that it was simply a trim level of the Coronet. :)

Still looking for my 440 block but I will take any at this time. Anyone local to Arizona want to sell a bare block? Year is of no concern as I am going to use one of the budget rotating assemblies from 440 source. I actually prefer 74+ that can use the H series bearins.
