Anyone watch this show on Netflix? Whats your opinion of this show. Have watched 1st season and now into the 2nd season. Don't know why, but I seem to keep coming back to it. Maybe it's Avery's cackling stupid laugh. Didn't know there were so many classic car junkyards in that part of Canada.

I'm into the 3rd. season. I like it a lot.

I didn't mind it, but there's no way some of that **** gets restored properly. I'd say most of his stuff is driver quality at best, which is fine. They are pretty entertaining watching those two dig at eachother. I saw them cut the trunk panel off the Runner they did, and I think they just overlapped the seams and welded it on. Makes for good TV though during Covid where everything else seems to be cancelled.

I watch it, but they leave out a lot of details of the restoration. They pull a junk heap from the yard into the shop, they get distracted with side trips and side jobs, then the car pulls out of the shop all restored.

I found that Avery wears on you after a while. Like most TV shows, it gets worse with every season.

Hate it. I would never buy a car they have touched because they come across as morons and that makes it unwatchable to me. Cut out the stupidity and start adding some serious technical stuff, then I would watch it. I like the guild garage much better.
To each their own as they say.

I’ve watched all three seasons. I like. It’s fun to see the cars regardless. They do it their way. I’m not sure how they got found or got picked up on Netflix but they did. I mean their buddy JR who has the super high-end shop hasn’t gotten picked up. Maybe that’s his choice. I watch it for what it is. It’s still cool to see all the old cars.

I dont like the show. But from what Ive seen ,they have to make due with what they got to make those projects work.

at one point in time. This Museum was up and running Drive by. Notice a 35 Ford up on a pole. Stop in and look. Then a few years ago before the show. It was in the news media and on line. This place was up for sale for a outrages amount of money. With some cars included If Im not mistaken. The first couple episodes they try to get going on some builds and pretty much tap themselves out on the cost of everything. Money going in. None coming out. So they show a for sale sign being pulled from a scrap pile. Seemed like he was giving up. On all this.

just finished the 3rd season . it's not graveyard carz but it's entertaining .

One thing I don't care for (and it's not his fault) is the extremely hoarse voice the poor owner of the business is stuck with (Mike).

I love and hate the show. I love that they build driver quality cars. I’m sick, and I mean ******* SICK of million dollar hemi cars, 572 hemi cars, every hemi ‘cuda, and just all of the high dollar crap that has ruined our hobby. Build it, drive it, enjoy it. Doesn’t matter what it’s worth. Doesn’t matter that it’s one of one purple with green interior and 440 six pac with three speed standard on the column.
I can’t stand Avery’s laugh. It grates on me.
Someone mentioned the Guild show. If it’s that show from Ontario I like the show, can’t stand the whining, bitchy little owner and his obnoxious moron rich friend and partner. As an employee, I couldn’t put up with a passive aggressive whining little boss like that.

I like the fact he found cool cars, collected, and is in process of putting some of them back on the road. Avery grated on me at first, growing on me now (cackling). More of the build process would be better, but Ill take it for what it is. Side trips, to do's, trades are part of the process. Some cool B bodies waiting in the background. Watching Car Masters too, some different stuff going thru that talented shop.

I'm amazed at what they accomplish in a 1/2 hour !!!

Never heard of it...

don't get it here (?)

I don't do Netflicks either, don't like what/who they support

Mike has some qualities I admire.
He sure seems like a generous guy and he's so enthusiastic.
I like the show but they really need to edit out Avery's laugh.
