Did they use 3 of the 7/8 washer head bolts, or two 7/8 on the rear and one 1-1/8 at the front.

For what it's worth, my '68 Charger had 2 different size washers on the two rear bolts, with the larger one in the top hole.
This page is from the MMC-Detroit reference manual for Dodge B-body cars. I'm not sure about the Plymouth.

Thanks for that, I bought this car as a basket case so can't be 100% sure what it had, just know I had seen the larger washer on some cars. Is your charger a lynch road built car? Maybe the plant made a difference.

My 70 Charger was built in St. Louis and have all the same size hardware.

My 1968 Charger survivor. The hinges have never been off or adjusted. Smaller washer in the top rear. This is the left side and it's the same on the right.
