Could you pass Emissions with a 50 year old car?

in Ont you have to have the org em hooked up and funcioning if equiped as far back as it goes and the polution police were checking cars as they left car shows in Toronto, they were even checking nos on block and intake , and egr nos , this was not e testing , just ministry spot checks and laying out big fines and pulling plates , the left wing whackeys are just as bad up here as california .
