Bought a new house...,,,

Congratulations!
:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Congratulations on the move - hope it all goes smoothly . . Sorry I'm so far away or I'd help !

Hey awesome congratulations! We used to hunt pigs out that way and yeah, it's off the beaten path. Hey at least you've shaved some good time off the drive to Pismo! Best of luck to you, and the wife on the new job!

My dad and uncle drove over from Paso and Atascadero to help, so glad they did! Took us from 10am to 5pm to pack a 26 ft u-haul, my truck and trailer and my dads truck. And we are going back tomorrow to get the rest! Just how much **** does one guy have!? I’ll grab a few pics in the morning before we head back to Hanford so ya’ll can see the new dwelling. There is a 2 car garage, but I’ve got 1 acre to build my shop, so I’m good with that. We did kill 4 black widow’s that were in the garage, so much for the pest inspection, lol!! I’m beat, I did a load with my truck/trailer last night, drove back to Hanford, got back at 11:30pm cause my trailer lights, well one light was grounding out and blew all my trailer light fuses in the truck so my CHP buddy (best that I’ve ever known) helped figure it out (he’s good with electrical) so that got me a late start yesterday evening. Anyway, pics inthe morning.

Congrats on the new home purchase. always nice to have a change of scenery. Enjoy!

Congrats on a new view!! Moving does suck, but when you close the door after the move at least all your stuff is there!

Congrats. I am not looking forward to ever moving, but yeah I know the feeling..

Right on Zack! LOVE all that space! BIG ole workshop with a 2 post and high enough doors to park my RV coming right up!

Soon, just not sure of how soon. I had that 26 ft u-haul for 2 days, turned it late last night (11pm) and dude that runs the place said he’d mark it as turned in at 1pm. Gotta love small town folks. Also made 2 trips today and I be got 1 last trip in the morning. I swear to God, my driveway looks like Sanford n Son. The wife met a young couple buying their first house and asked how well they did building it. She said it was alright ( Id’ve said if these CS’s, someone getting dropped)! I mean, who in the hell builds a house without overhead lighting in the kids rooms and office? F’ing stupid!

So last trip tomorrow, and I can
start getting stuff squared away.

By the way, Land Rovers suck going up hill, past it doing 70mph and lost his headlights in my rear view mirror on the last big hill climb. He should’ve know not to mess with a Cummins!

The last load was picked up today, my wife was with me instead of my son, he doesn’t like “working, packing moving”, but if ya got a yard that needs mowed or leaves blown, he’s your man. He do it when it’s 110* outside and will take a break after the mowing to drink some water then right back at it. Anyway, the wife and I got all the rest in hour, and the owner showed up. Was totally hoping to be gone but he showed up anyway. We went over the pool filter maintenance once again, found another house key for him and seemed to be really happy. I did leave 4 33gallon trash bags full in the garage and he said that he understood that the trash can was full and he’d get rid of them, also said I didn’t need to pay rent for the last 4 days, I was shocked. So now the arduous task of unpacking is upon us.....yay!!
