Fall Fling Oct 24, 2020: 25th Anniversary

At Irwindale Dragstrip, Irwindale CA

Shop for parts, works in progress welcome, run whatcha brung, bring out your: project, garage queen, daily driver, show car, drag car.

This is not Woodley Park.... you can:
-put up EZ-ups (cars parked every other spot)
-come and go as you please
-Beer concessions
-drag racing

Here’s another swapper with trailer that is now full to the end.... mostly 68-70 Body parts. Including 70 Charger R/T doors.. one tote is just B-body arm rests!

I went by the irwindale office today, to pay my $60 to register for the tnt. They said that they were only set up to take payments on line (something i simply will NOT do, my experiences trying to buy something on line have been 100% negative). I was told to show up, bring $60 and i could get in. I hope he is right.

Yep. We will take cash in line. No problem, always have.

Over half the cars, swap, and drags will do this.

Most of the general admission will pay cash at gate.

No big deal.

We have 48 drag car pre registered online. And we have 1 1/2 weeks to go! Track says for stand alone events like this about double pre reg pays at gate.

So that would project to over 100 Mopar drag cars. Not bad for a 1st time with only 8 weeks to prep.

The swap is looking killer. It looks to be between Fall Fling and Spring Fling size.

It’s an outdoor Swap Meet. With parts and cars for sale. Most cars for display only.

Shoppers allowed in with general admission. Just like going to a grocery store... except there more space and it’s outside with sun and UV rays.

Drag time trials only. All grandstands closed. But there is fence line watch.

I go every Month, like S.S. it is a very eclectic group of cars.. Just needs More Mopars!!
