I've done small jobs in the past. This is my first real big job with fabricating. My wife's 65 Belvedere wagon had the spare tire well rotted out. I couldn't find a replacement so I cut the one out of my 66 Charger parts car, cut it in half and used sheet metal to extend the center. After I used urethane seam sealer, brushed on some chassis paint and sprayed in some bedliner. It's not going to be a show car, just a beach cruiser. It held up my 250lb butt so it must be solid.

Before. Big hole right there.
