What´s wrong, the cynchronizer stop ring doesn´t go in? Or, it goes, with slighty tapping with hammer. The rings are new, the old one was also thight, like the new one. I think they all should have some movement in the hub. None of these new rings doesnt fit properly in this, it is third or fourth gear hub, all others are "loose". This is the 3/4 sychro assembly, early-style rings. 1966 A-833.
Am I doing something wrong, do i have to grind the ring, to get it rotating? this is my first 833 rebuild?

Do you have a service manual? I just done a rebuild but I gotta refresh my memory I’ve slept since then:lol:

Yes, i have the Jamie Passons book. The pictures just don tell the truth. I don´t understand why the hub is so tight. and the other side, and 1/2 assembly are not. And it was when i disassembled it. I think it would work, mut it could be hard to shift, because ring can´t rotate at all

Do the rings fit the male cone on the gears correctly? Also check the inner surface of the slider to make sure it’s clean and free of burrs and clean it and the synchro ring with scotchbrite.

That brass ring(s) does not rotate. Put the slider over the hub and center it. Then put the rings in place and see where they sit. They should be pretty close to flush with the slider IIRC. When the slider moves to engage the gear it moves the syncro ring to engage the cone on the gear and "syncronize" the speed of the gear to the slider.

I don´t mean rotating, the small movement between the dogs.

Now i noticed that 2 the USA-made used rings will fit!
The new ones, none of them will fit into that hub, to other side.
They are just too thick, from China maybe...
I think the rings shoul be identical?
The USA-made used ring looks good, i think i should use that with 3 new (China)made rings?

Old one sets down because it is worn. Hope u have a micrometer meatsure it to see. Bulks rings wear out that is there purpose so the grats don’t grind

I don't understand why you are trying to fit the syncro ring to the hub. The brass syncro rings sit on the cone of the gears. They help align the syncro sleeve with the gear syncro teeth when you put pressure on the fork to engage the next gear. I would assemble a hub, the dogs and dog pressure rings, and a sleeve. Put a gear up tight against the hub and see if the sleeve will slide over the syncro and on to the gear syncro teeth. If so, you don't have a problem. I would keep the hammer away from the brass syncros. They are soft and can easily be damaged.

The op is correct in what he’s doing. The new rings should sit in the slider just like the old ones. There’s definitely a problem with the new ones.
