I currently have an F3 green 1969 charger its been striped down to bare metal. was thinking of changing the color to 1969 code f6 bright green or the 1970 Plymouth sassy grass green ,70 dodge Go green. would like to keep it green but I want it to pop was wondering if anybody has green chargers and what paint they used in the restorations even if you went out side dodge. I've seen rally green which I believe is a GM color. only get one shot at this obviously. Any pics or ideas would be awesome

Daily 2 cents worth. Do paint it a factory available color for the year. Anything else just looks wrong unless it’s a totally custom & modified car. So 1970 colors are out.
Any fresh paint will make it look great. Faded out old F3 with rust and primer looks horrible.

F6 looks great.

i went with House of Kolor organic green over a gold basecoat. I say paint it any color you want.

I like the green also n will be painting mine the F8 69 charger color, dark green metalic

You can always use your factory color and add a little more metallic or put some pearl in it to make it unique but be careful too much is not good either.. you don’t want to lose the correct color.. or a coarse metal flake — no bass boat flake please! Lol

Anybody have F6 bright green color pics they can post thanks

if you change from F3, I'd advise to also change the interior color to black or black and white.

Google your new color choice (or simply "green" and any period Mopar model) and you will see quite a few pics of cars that have been changed to sub lime, sassy grass, "spring special F6" etc still with factory F3/F4/F6 interiors and in my opinion look HORRIBLE.

thanks I agree my interior is black and I have googled F6 color before I have seen different color cars Just wanted to see an accurate representation from some one who has F6 color

Can't really see it but could be the spring special F6

I painted my Duster F6. It's one of those colors that looks much different from photo to photo in internet pictures . It looks much brighter/ lighter in bright sunlight than it does in the shade. I chose the color after seeing an F6 A12 Bee in person.

I like the F3 myself. It really shows off the body lines of a Charger. Looks great with the black vinyl top and tail stripe too.
