Are these my AM radio wires???

Hey all. I was poking around under the dash of my 69 Charger and noticed a couple of clipped wires hanging near the radio (black and green). The radio has never worked while I’ve had the car and looks to be original. I can’t think of why these would have been cut intentionally but, do they belong to my radio?

Black and green are speaker wires.

^ What chtampa said. The only other connection is a plug with red (switched power) and orange (light up the dial w the dash) wires. Hardware does the ground.
