Anybody need a Chihuahua?

Someone brought in a bag of five Chihuahua puppies. They barely had their eyes open. They were found in a plastic sack placed in a dumpster in Denver.

I myself don't like them
This one was at the vet office it's file has red stickers everywhere as aggressive and bites ......

So dang small they had to make it a custom muzzle!
Freaking thing was mean ! I didn't want to get my finger shredded (didn't have any band-aid s )

I told the owner she needs to spank it. She said that's a little much ... I said yeah your right just flick it on the *** it will get the idea

Here is my Remi( brown one) & my wifes Izzy. Unfortunately we had to put her down, held her in my arms when they did that. It was the most painful thing I've ever experienced.
Remi is unlike any chihuahua I've ever been around, she doesnt shake or yap like most. She was intended to be my wifes after we lost Izzy but has bonded with me

We the mankind, are so cruel with dogs, l try to do my best every time I found a stray puppy, am shure this cute puppies will find a forever home.

I have one now and 4 over the last 30 years.Yes they could be mean.Lucky for us mine weren't and well behaved.
Extremely smart and easy to train. My boy Buster will be 15 in February. Hope they find a good home and thank you for saving them.

It seems that the dog of choice around my neighborhood, is those little Chihuahua's.
I understand why people like them as pets.
I like dogs, and animals.
But those little things sure are a noisy breed.
They start barking a hundred feet in front of the house even before you get close to the property.
They never shut up.
I understand how an homeowner wants them as noisy, little, guard dogs, but they should be trained when to shut up.
My neighbor in the duplex has one, and i rarely hear that one bark, and as a good dog owner, has it trained.

I like most animals much better than a lot of people.
Wife says I can be an asshole sometimes.... Probably very true.

And for a while, many of the Paris Hilton types carried them around in their purse as a fashion statement.

no dog or animal should be treated like that

I'm not a huge fan of the breed, but I love dogs

not in the market either, hope they can find great homes
puppies should be easy to find homes for,
even for the lil' ankle bitters :poke:

they should have taken them to
Dr. Jeff Young Vet. from the Animal channel in Denver Co,
Rocky Mountain Vet. Hospital
(animals planned parenthood, they spay & neuter everything)
they seem to do a decent foster system & adoptions

Yes I know some dogs can be mean or predisposed to barking, but most of that can be over some with a good owner willing to put in the time and effort to curb those tendencies.

They were taken to an animal hospital in Denver where my daughter works. There is a dog acting as a surrogate mother but the pups have to be bottle-fed

THIS one the other hand is the pet I want.

Anybody need a Chihuahua?
