I purchased a 71 Charger project some months back and my intention is to make it a Super Bee clone visually, it will have a 5.7 Hemi and a 4 speed when done. I've owned a few Chargers over the years but I have never owned a Super Bee and I am at a point where my car/project buying/building is getting about done (not that I am that old, but its just that I already have 2 E bodies done and a 70 RR waiting its turn). In my mind but making this a Super Bee clone I am getting a "twofer", a Charger and a Super Bee. Anyway, here are some questions;

1. Is the reflective Bee sticker on the fenders the same size as the one on the trunk lid?

2. are the fender emblems the same as on a 70?

3. were the louvered taillights an option?

4. Does the dash script have the same pin position as the "Charger" emblem on a non Super Bee?

Thank you for your responses in advance

You might need a pair of these...

I removed this pair from a '71 in 1978. Clean as they get "used".

Edit.. ya make me an offer. Decoration in the shop these days, but I could let them go to a good home.

As edited above.. make me an offer. Can't PM you right now, as I'm "186% full" with keeper messages right now and have no Paypal funny money in my account to regold myself. :( No rush... I won't sell them to anyone else in advance...

Tail lights were available with the color match bumpers.
I believe emblem is same as 70 and the decal is the same on the trunk lid.
The dash emblem is a tough find.

Yeah I am seeing that the dash emblem is tough, there is one on eBay for $177.96 which is a bit too rich for my blood. I am thinking I am going to 3D print one.

As to the taillights, I was getting a bit confused as I thought all Super Bees had the louvered taillights but am seeing some supposed survivors and high end (Hemi) cars without them.

I bought an original, unmolested ‘71 in ‘76 that my friend still owns. It did not have louvred tail lights.
Lime green/yellow car, chrome bumpers, 383 auto.
Sold new up here in the sub arctic, it’s in northern Alberta now.

I appreciate the information, very helpful.

1. Is the reflective Bee sticker on the fenders the same size as the one on the trunk lid? No. The trunk lid bee is smaller than the fender bees.

2. are the fender emblems the same as on a 70? I don’t recall seeing any emblems on the fenders of a 70 Bee.

3. were the louvered taillights an option? Yes. Mine came with the standard taillights.

4. Does the dash script have the same pin position as the "Charger" emblem on a non Super Bee? That I don’t know, as I don’t have a Charger emblem to compare with.

In 70 the fender got the engine call out emblem and the hood got the Super Bee emblem.
No fender emblem or super bee emblem on hood of the Ramcharger cars. I see now it’s the standard hood with the fake scoop slots that you’re talking about.
