I have gotten a few projects completed over the last couple of months. This is an original 25k mile car but many thing didn't work on the car when i got it. It is really starting to take shape and make a nice driver. list of things done so far...

1. Lean burn delete,400/4 barrel, new carb and dist
2. replaced radiator
3. replaced master cylinder
4. replaced the thermostat housing
5. replaced steering wheel
6. replaced the ignition lock cylinder
7. removed the catalytic converter
8. replaced the battery with one the fits.had a group 27,new ground cable also.
9. replaced stereo, Pioneer head unit and new 6x9's in rear deck
10. rebuilt both window regulators
11. rebuilt the wiper arm linkage with new plastic bushings.

I’d say you got a ton of progress going there sir!

This thread is worthless without pictures. Let us see that beauty.

77 Had the best looking rear end of the Cordobas...prettiest tail lights and the only year they came with the medallion lock cover.

I have this 77 Córdoba available for parts
Factory sunroof,cruise,360, Rolling body is spoken for. Pm if you see anything you need?

That's a nice one! You've done a LOT. I miss my Spinnaker White 77 400 but it went to a great home.

Holley's don't need a regulator. I tried out a thermoquad once and had to add a regulator.
Holley's can definitely handle more pressure that is certain. On a Holley with a center hung float its easy to compensate for higher pressures by adjusting float,to an extent, and past that the needle cant stop the flow any longer. I have seen them do 10psi pretty easy.

that looks jamaica Blue? very nice car!
mine is also an original texas car,,,

I changed classic Insurance companies, so I had to start a file for more pictures. I will try to post a few.
37k actual miles, special order car with 9 1/4 3:23 ratio limited slip, tow package, 100 amp alternator, P.S. oil cooler, Transmission oil cooler, non lockup 727 with 400 four barrel.
The car has been converted to petronix ignition and dual exhausts. the car came with some real hi rise manifolds, so 2.25 was run all the way back. converted to 134A A/C as well.Originally ordered in Houston, and later purchased from the gentleman by a friend who was a dept of public safety offficer. The original owner wanted every option a police car had , so he got it. No vinyl top either, which is really attractive.
The car has the original 15x6.5 wheels, new 225/75 whitewalls, and original spinners. she runs at 3,000 rpm at 70 mph, and will walk to 100 no problem. but, that lower compression starts to peter the car out after that. I may add some 915 closed chambered heads along with steel head gaskets, and a 69 Intake/Holley combo,, but that would be it for me.

A Texas lifetime car it was until it came here six years ago.1100 miles one way due North!
