Does anyone know what color this is called or the color code for ordering the paint?
Thanks! 65 coronet color.jpg

Not sure of the exact code, but the color is definitely "Flat Gorgeous!" :icon_pray:

It could be either Light Turquoise, Code J medium turq. code K or Dark turq. code L The code is on the fender tag bottom line under PNT. From the pic. It appears to be Med. Turq. Hope this helps! Also it is the same codes for all of the 65s.

Its on the CHART I posted.

I did a side-by-side
I'd say Frost Tourquoise

202780_4005089559687_289018010_o.jpgmines peacock turquoise. that one looks closer to the frost torquise.

Thanks for showing the peacock. I like that too. Guess I have a decision to make

Looks like med. turquoise to me. Best thing to do is go on Paint reference .com and look up the code for 65' medium turq. you can click on the paint manufactures code and it will cross reference color numbers for you. I'm telling you now it can get VERY confusing between Dodge,Plymouth, Chrysler paint names. Do not go off of paint names only, the actual colors can be different. PPG and RM both told me that there is no real way to get the exact same color with todays paints. After a ton of spry outs i got in touch with "Kolor Korrect in N.J. and they do their magic with tints and toners and stuff i don't understand but bottom line is the paint is dead on what i was looking for.

I have a 65 I have up for sale but haven't had any interest..if no sell I'm having it painted early next year and build a stroker for a fun street strip car..I really like this new Canyon Sunset on the 2020 Chrysler 300.

If you think your going to go that route check out the classified section here on FBBO. Yesterday a 493 stroker (new build) was listed making 652 tq/ 605 hp. , that's good for 10's . Guy wants 8500 ,i just did one with the same numbers and it set me back 12k

I built one about 3 years ago sold it before I had a chance to use it. Sold to a friend he had it put on a dyno made like 625 hp and 620 tq or so. Was a 440 stroked to 496 I think with a solid flat tappet cam with otb eddy rpm heads. Just pump gas engine. Think I'm gonna do a 400 stroked to a 512 this time and use Trick Flow 240 heads and a hydraulic roller cam
