Got the '63 wagon home on Wednesday nite and with fuel system flush, had it running by noon on Thursday, but running rough.
Did a full ignition tune up, adjusted valves, and "straightened" one bent pushrod. She's purring now.
Had to fully bleed the brakes system and got great breaks, so it's a driver now.

Nice job sounds like it's running great.
I would strongly suggest tossing the single master cylinder and changing to a 67 up style dual master.

Dang, that's a cool wagon. Another back on the road, good job.
