67 Belvedere Hemi Conversion

I am in the process of installing my 426 into my 67 Bel. 8 Cyl K member with Schumacher conversion mounts. I have been reading the posts on the site. I would like to use the original hood uncut without a scoop . Is this possible when using the Schumacher Conversion mounts? Intake in am using is a rat roaster 2x4 . Thanks

I dont think you will get the stock hood to close with the rat roaster intake.

Thanks , that is what I was worried about. I have a spare hood I may have to cut
