I am trying to find out what motor trans and rear end gear ratios were in these cars the 70 runs very high RPMs at 60 mph i was thinking i could change for a rear end that would not wind the motor so high in 4th gear thanks

The sheet will tell you what was in the car when it was new.

Unless you are the original owner, use the old school “lift the rear end and spin the tires” to tell you what is in there now.
 
The 1969 Super Bee axle is (595) = 3.23 s/g, 8 3/4, 11" rear & front drums.

I cannot make out the numbers on the 1970 broadcast sheet, to blurry of a picture.
