73-74 Satellite/Roadrunner best fitting Headers??

Hey all!
Haven't been active on here in a long while!
Finally back at my 74 Satellite Sundance and need some help picking a good fitting set of long tube headers. 440/727 Schumacher engine mounts and it's been converted to floor shift with power steering. I love to see some pic's of your headers installed and links if you have them.

I have a set of black powder coated headers on the car now but, they don't fit well as they hit the center link, probably because they are for a '70 Charger they will be for sale. I also have a set of manifolds from a 73-74 b body 440 they don't fit now because they hit my aftermarket valve covers.

I can't tell you what does work, but DON'T use Hooker Comps on a 74 with 440 Schumacher small block to big block conversion mounts. On my 73 they hit both torsion bars and the steering box (4 locations). I never did figure out if it was the mounts, the headers, or a combination of both... but I spent a full day taking them in and out and massaging them with a hammer.

I've had good luck with headman but with the conversion kit I couldn't say for sure

That's great info! I was looking a doing the same thing with the ones I have in there now but didn't want to risk trashing a nice set of headers. Thank's
