Am I missing 2 small hooks that go in the small holes that are in that last roof bow? That hooks to headliner bow?

With some dimensions and piano wire (spring steel) make your own. Hobby shops that sell R/C planes have it.

Length is the critical dimension....You know the rear bow should stand up straight... whats the distance from the pocket you plan to clip the wire into to the rear bow when it's standing upright? Thats your critical dimension...

@dadsbee can you supply dimensions ? Could go by picture and leave them long and cut to length as you go. Looks like .015/.020 wire, best guess.
Nope, sorry, not tearing the headliner out to do so! LOL

Stand the rear bow up straight and measure the gap, the two wires just hold the first bow up straight and after that it's the headliner material that holds the rest in place in their pockets.

I have done many of these and yes the tether hooks are good to have. If not install the rear bow in position and measure back from the bow to the holes where they fasten to the body. I go the hardware store get some spring wire and you can fasten them easily to hook around the bow .
