Guys, I stripped pretty much all the disc brake assembly, from the spindles out, from a 75 C body before it went to the crusher. Question is will most/any of it bolt up to a 71 b body, we not going to stay with the drums up front....thanks...

Yes using the C body spindles. Many had 11.75 rotors.Use the spindles, calipers, brackets and rotors.
Popular swap before all the aftermarket stuff showed up.

Also the spindles may be different. I got a set from the same style of car and had to use different spindles. I think the lower ball joint attached differently.

Are they slider or pin type calipers?

I am assuming they are "pin" type. They have the long pin with threads on one end that holds the pads in alignment , is that what you mean...thanks....

As mentioned the 75 C-body went with a different lower ball joint assembly and I don't know if that style would work on the earlier front ends. The style you want would be the 1969-72, or the coveted 1973 system.

Thanks gd, those articles were awesome. Seems I got lucky as a the end of the article it said the 73 and later C body had ALL the right needed parts for a swap to a 71. The knuckle was the part I was most concerned about....but got the right one. Good info , thanks for posting...
